Based on 10 people $130.00 per person.

* Additional days to the above configuration will be charged at $500.00 per night.

Monday – Sunday $3000.00
Friday – Thursday $3000.00

* Depending on availability, all options of sequences of days for staying will be considered.

Booking Policy

BOOKING FEE

An email will be sent to confirm dates if available and request a booking fee.

A booking fee of $100.00 will be due to confirm your booking.

The booking fee is deducted from your cost of stay.

The booking fee is NON- REFUNDABLE

Balance: of monies owing for stay, will due 4 weeks prior to stay.

An email will be sent to advise of payment that is due.

In addition:

Bond:

$300.00 to be paid 4 weeks before stay.

The bond is refundable after exit inspection.

In the event of exit requirements not being met, appropriate deductions will be made from bond.

Cancellation Policy

Every effort will be made to accommodate changes to bookings.

The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If your booking needs to be cancelled and you have made the full payment...

Your options:

a. the balance of money will be refunded IF the booking can be replaced by a waiting list booking.

b. the booking can be transferred to another date that could be available in a resonable time frame.

c. or you forfeit 50 % of your of your booking for cancelling within 25 days of stay.

Please be clear on these conditions prior to booking.
